Monday 26th July  Meet at 10am  A 4 mile walk from Folly Wood Field, Boughton End Lane, Lidlington. This is a new walk as we have just been given permission to use a field as a private car park at Folly Field, this will have its own challenges. Please arrive a little bit early as we have to lock the gate behind us as we begin our walk. I can’t guarantee we’ll finish exactly at 12pm and because of the locked gate walkers won’t be able to hurry ahead of the group to leave the field early. By beginning the walk from Folly field we avoid a challenging steep climb and can enjoy an easy walk along woodland tracks and meadows with good views over the surrounding countryside. Jackdoor Hill, Blackfield Plantation, Moneypot Hill and more. there are 2 roads to cross during the walk, one which can be busy, also a short ascent at the end of the walks.

DIRECTIONS: On reaching Lidlington village, drive past The Green Man pub on the right, on up the hill and take the first right turn onto Boughton End Lane. Further down the lane you should see a beech tree on your left. Folly field is directly opposite on your right. Nearest Postcode: MK43 0QT. What3words: trophy.pine.clipboard LEADER: Joyce.
